I have worked in marketing for my entire life
Firstly, I earned a degree in Psychology from Bangor University (ranked 5th in the UK for Psychology) writing my dissertation on consumer perceptions of brands.
I dove headfirst into the world of direct sales as a door-to-door salesman, working on behalf of Money-Expert, helping save in total hundreds of thousands of pounds in energy bills for customers. Regularly earning the spot of top salesman in the country, I began teaching others how to ethically and effectively sell product over the course of two years as a Campaign Manager.
In need of a wider base of knowledge, I transitioned to a Marketing Manager role for a large-scale music and events venue, strategising and delivering marketing campaigns alongside industry experts for some of the biggest brands and artists in the music industry,
It was during this time that I began learning the art of photography and film-making. Gaining knowledge for some of the industryβs best creatives. They were kind enough to share their experience and expertise with me as I developed creative briefs for hundreds of campaigns in order to fill the 3500 capacity venue with everything from concerts, music festivals, food shows, art exhibitions and sporting events.
A few years later, I became a full-time fashion photographer, traveling the country shooting everything from E-commerce to beauty and fashion.
At the same time, I built the videography business, cutting my teeth working in every sector imaginable, from nightclubs, restaurants, combat sports events, gyms, clothing brands, construction and education.
In the years that followed, I have continued to develop on my original education in Consumer Psychology, Brand Marketing & Copywriting, studying the likes of Dan Kennedy, Elvado Albuquerque, Rory Sutherland, Alan Sultanic & countless others.
As a student of Dave Katague (videographer to the likes of Amazon and Uber & Artificial Intelligence Consultant to Chris Do) I am integrating and further developing my skillset with Artificial Intelligence workflows, keeping up with the latest technological advancements as the world rapidly changes around us.
