Dave travels to see Hypnotist, Mind Coach & Neurolinguistic Programming expert, Vinny Shoreman for a last minute session prior to Grapplefest 15 where he faced 6"10 Black Belt & IBJJF London Open Super Heavyweight Champion Adam Ellis. Adam came in off the back of Grapplefest's first ever Buggy Choke finish against Daisy Fresh, Pedigo Submission Fighting standout Troy Mercer.

The boys get some training in at ASW Liverpool prior to a stacked Grapplefest Card ft John Danaher & Gordon Ryan's New Wave members and ADCC trial standouts Luke Griffith and Dan Manisiou alongside a host of other rising stars and established world level grapplers including Santeri Lilius, Keith Krikorian, Sam McNally and many more.
